Just a heads up for those of you who linked your account and selected the continuous payment option for your account.
If you did this it put your account on a 90 day lock down for server transfers. I discovered this after a friend of mine was about to transfer back to my server, linked his account a week before the transfer and got another 90 days slapped on because he linked his account with this payment method.
There is nothing account support can do about it either unfortunately. So just be warned if you are planning to go the continuous route and plan to transfer soon, use crysta instead until you transfer.
