So when are they going to be like...
"Psyche! we got you guys good! we made all these new spells/abilities really shitty on purpose just to fool you. Here, we'll put in the real ones now." ?
Cause this joke has gone on long enough :( All of these abilities and spells added are terrible, especially for level 95+ Abilities/Spells.

How so? its basically perfect counter that 1) deals no damage and 2) is on a 5 minute timer with 30sec Duration.
It seems rather underwhelming. I guess it could be really useful once every 5 minutes to get shadows back up? but we're not even sure if its 100% Parry or just enhanced rate. only 1 test so far :X

Because it gives ninja a way to not die instantly and mitigate damage(besides pdt/evas sets) when shadows are down for whatever reason, and allows you to cast ichi in "oh shit" situations if you can't dodge the mob. It's AMAZING for tanking.
It's ninjas version of sentinel almost, plus ninja getting actual real tanking abilities shows SE is trying to make ninja a viable tank in more situations ^_^
Bully is trash, temper is trash. I honestly think SE is trolling us at this point tbh.

NA SE it's cool guys, we don't need a silence or even a defense down ninjitsu, go ahead and give us store tp for the jobs that benefit the LEAST from STP gear, and above all it's only +10.
seriously, it's like they said "here take this bone and go play"
this is probably one spell i won't even bother with unless i get it comepelty free from a chest or something.

When I get them from chests I'm just going to NPC them so they don't clutter my spell list. I don't have macros for sneak/invis/migiwari.
And it's not so much that OMG STP ISUSELESS ON 1 HANDED JOBS. It's more that it takes forever to cast, doesn't last very long, and only removes 1 attack from whats required to reach 100tp. When you don't have any down time it's not worth using because it will actually lower your overall DPS, and if you have downtime it's not worth the gil/inventory space to actually use the spell since it would really only give a 1% damage increase, if that.

I suddenly realize why you made the Trolling Sapling signature before doing all of this testing. It was fate. Every day at 4 AM, I check a new place in a fit of boredom and find that yet another vile thing escaped when you logged into the test server and knocked Pandora's Box wipe open.
Attack would have been awesome for Ninja. Accuracy would have been awesome for Ninja. Critical Hit Rate would have been awesome for Ninja. Critical Hit Damage would have been awesome for Ninja. Any number of things to modify attack rate would have been awesome for Ninja. Therefor, this spell adds Store TP.
Touche, dude at SE who made this spell. Touche.

Wow, complete and utter fail.
I was hoping by the wording that this was going to be a direct increase to TP gain (+1~3 tp per swing) but no...
Unless of course SE has some sort of revision planned for how dual wield affects TP calculation, but that's really a grey area that could lead to DW becoming OP again.
