i have seen in my time in abyssea that some zone's light cap is not up to par the zones
i have seen this happen is vunkerl and attohwa the lights from the nm's and mobs that give u more light per kill are off we had to kill 3 times as many mobs to get caped lights for the zones any info on how to get this fixed
