Hello SE,

I recently bought the Ultimate Collection with hopes of getting my current account the three mini-expansions (also called "Add-on scenarios") and to use the remaining codes to create another account and character (obviously without the mini-expansions). This account already had all expansions except the three mini ones.

I put the reg code into the account management website and it said that only the mini-expansions would be used up. I accepted and it went through without an issue.

Now when I try to create the second account it says the code has already been used up when in fact I've only used 3 of them. As I've paid for all reg codes I expect to be able to use them. Who should I contact about this to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

There's nothing to 'fix' here, the codes can only be used for a single account, not matter how many or few you actually need, you can't create a second account from the rest.

You have never been able to do that with any compendium releases SE have released.

I've paid for the reg codes and only used 3 of them. There was nothing that stated I wouldn't be able to use the rest. Therefore there is a problem here. I'm not going to pay for something I don't receive.

I completely agree with you Kazaki - give customer support a phone call and tell them the problem and that it isn't clear that you won't be able to use the other expansions. I hope it works out well - make sure you come back here and report what happens!

Thank you RagingAvatar. I went into the customer support website but there is no phone number. I sent a ticket for email support. I'll let you know what happens!

You didn't pay for individual reg. codes, you bought a single package for a single price, the various codes make up that single package, there's nothing confusing or needed stating.

Fact is, you got the three add-ons at a discount price compared to normal, the fact you can't do what you assumed, with no evidence, you could do isn't SE's fault.

Thanks for your input. Nevertheless I'll be contacting SE about this as I don't find this acceptable.
