View Full Version : Loving the new payment news, but... Reactivation?

To clarify, this does not involve any specific account information nor does it involve my personal billing information, this is not in reguards to my, or anyone's particular private account management what-so-ever. My question comes as this, i have had friends address me to ask this, with the new billing news, and with the extension, when will the new registration, and reactivation services be restored? There are a number of individuals im sure who wish to come back, or start additional accounts and are unable with the billing change. Im sure there will be a mod coming to lock this thread, but this doesnt involve my ability to pay nor is it a grievance about the changes to billing, it is strictly asking for an answer, as to when people will be allowed to come back.

Anyone else curious feel free to chime in too, but for this time, atleast three friends wishing to come back arent given the option to at this time.

Just to bring this to the first page again, anyone? Nobody has friends or others who are itching to start or come back? After talking on xbox live, im up to a count of 7 people considering joining/coming back respectfully.

I wasn't aware signup or reactivating content IDs weren't available.

I would like to find out about this as well.

Yeah at this time i have a friend trying to re-activate, and upon logging into playonline it tells him he has "overdue fees" and when he tries to select the service to pay said overdue fees it tells him "no entry" and upon trying to migrate his account to the new payment functions, he gers an error. "Due to unresolved issues with the service fees on this playonline ID, Playonline services have been suspended. As such, you will be unable to transfer/link this account to a Square Enix account. Please pay the overdue service fees with the payment method registered to your Square Enix account before continuing the transfer/link." but as such this prevents him from actually...paying as he is blocked on both ends. I will be looking into it more on a personal stance with said individual, but as stated this did not release any private information, also i have heard other friends being unable to register, but this could be an issue where they are not understanding the flaws.
