View Full Version : EU SquareEnixAccount Transfer troubles.

Hello,

I have been trying to transfer my POL account to the SquareEnix account for a couple days now, but I am always getting stopped at the payment arrangement part. I am from Norway, and the account is an EU one, but I now live in Florida, and am wanting to pay with a NA credit card.

The ClickandBuy service is the only option available when I try to make the arrangements, and when I try to use the service, it says "The offer is not activated for your country of origin." I registered the ClickandBuy account as an International one, but it won't work, and there is no option to buy Crysta, is there something I am doing wrong?

I think you should have the UltimatePay (PlaySpan) option as well (offering such as PayPal, Moneybookers, game-card methods of payment, to name a few), though this is used for Crysta, and if Crysta is not available in your region, then that might explain it not being there.
Can you confirm if Crysta is available to you or not?

I think due to the EU/NA mix of account and region there might be some issues, which I have read quite a lot of unfortunate posts about.


Either way, this is not exactly a Technical issue, and as far as I know, you will not receive support from SqEX here, as it is an issue regarding Account/Billing, I would suggest you to contact the Customer Support via the Support Centre.

Click the SQUARE ENIX logo on the upper-left area, choose appropriate region, navigate to the Support section from upper-left, click on Final Fantasy XI, and then the Contact icon.
