I think it would be nice to have the kupo power constantly but I don't see the point. We already having earrings made with synergy that go to everywhere. I use mine all the time :D!

Synergy city warp earrings. Even if you need them just for mules, getting to 20 isn't hard.

Its already easy enough to port to the main nations. If they make this permanent may as well make every other kupower permanent as well.
