Can't transfer

I can't transfer to Crysta. It asks me for my PoL ID and password, and it rejects all possible passwords. Any way to have my password (or the one it thinks I set) emailed to me?

EDIT: Nvm, finally started working.

As far as I know you can only reset it. You contact them and I'm not entirely sure on this as it's been awhile.. but they either give you a temp pass on the spot or it's emailed to you. I think it's emailed. Then you can log in and change the password. Then you can transfer.. probably.

Better have the infos though for your account.
