World Transfer issue

Hello,

Today I purchased a World Transfer service through the SE account management system and requested to be transferred from Sylph to Asura, the 25$ in crysta was paid and the transaction was received and accepted, and I got an email that notified me of the World transfer service being completed. However, when I log in to my FFXI character it still shows that I am in Sylph and not Asura; is there something I missed, or do I have to give it time?

I think I remember seeing in an update note that the WTS would not be back up until late August.

If that's true, then my next question would be if the transfer to Asura will follow up after the service is back up. If it wasn't available then why did it let me go ahead and purchase the World Transfer service anyway :/

I know character re activation service is down, no time when that comes back up, but didn't know transfer service was down
I gues ya could call tech support but from what I heard on these forums that is great these days or wait til a dev answeres ya in this thread
