If you are actually providing feedback for the website(s), then never mind me, but if you have issues with the payment system, you are better off contacting the Customer Support via the Support Centre (click the SQUARE ENIX logo at the upper-left side, and navigate to the Support section of the official site).

This section is for feedback regarding the websites, and they cannot (or will not) provide account/billing related support at this forum, at all.

Moreover, if you have an issue with a ClickandBuy account, it would likely do better to contact their Customer Support instead.

And yeah, as mentioned, ClickandBuy is not the only way to go, fortunately. Not that I am a fan of UltimatePay, but that's what I have to use.
Unfortunately though, it is not available for everyone, and I do hope they will introduce more payment options, soon.

Just some thoughts~
Good luck!

People feel better venting about their experience with Click and Buy. I had a nightmare, too. First I had to look through old bills to find out which card was being used for FFXI. Then I tried to set all that stuff up through SE's SSI for Click-and-Buy. Then I was asked for some strange password I didn't know. I tried giving them the password I used to register for click-and-buy, but that wasn't it. So I selected to reset the password and picked something else. That worked, but then I was told the credit card information was invalid. I checked, re-checked, and checked again. It was all correct, but I was still being told it was all invalid.

Finally I decided to call the bank that issued the card to find out what was going on. Apparently it's because Click-and-Buy is in Europe, I'm in America, and I suppose they had Square-Enix registered in Japan or something. I don't know. Anyway, talking to the bank's security department got THAT mess straightened out. After about an hour of messing around, I finally got it transferred.

Maybe this is all by design to get us all to go for biometric identification. You know: "Now see, all this fuss could have been avoided if you had just let us have your retinal scans, finger prints and DNA."
