Steps: Slacking Subordinates quest
1. Spoke with Chumimi after unlocking quest (finish The Titus Touch first), agreed to help her. Have done this quest perhaps 30 or 40 times prior to tonight without a single error.
2. Spoke with Chemioue, received this message: The fiend that attacked us was a rather rotund critter. Ah yes, and one of my unfortunate colleagues was wounded in the attack. She was complaining of terrible dizziness.
3. Spoke with Tapoh Lihzeh, received this message: I spoke with a recuperating soldier who was complaining of terrible ringing in the ears. He fought back as best he could, but his blade bounced harrrmlessly off the fiends round shell.
4. Spoke with Biggorf, received this message: The fiend that struck us was a venomous thing, its attacks causin' nasty dizziness.
Fortunately we were able to avoid the crushing force of it's flat jaw. Otherwise we'd be lookin at serious casualties.
5. Spoke with Chumimi, as I was given: rotund/dizziness, round/ringing, and flat/dizziness. I chose round/dizziness and received the failure message/200 cruor/no seal outcome.
This has happened a few other times, but normally the npc's match up, i.e. two will say round/dizziness + rotund/dizziness, while the other will have flat/ringing, in all the various runs I've done this has always been the case until tonight.
I know this because my method of doing the quest is to speak to two of them, usually Chemioue/Biggorf, and if they match I ignore what Tapoh says, otherwise I match whatever Tapoh says with Chemioue or Biggorf, then relay it to Chumimi.
Two of the three NPC's always match up, leaving the obviously incorrect description, except for a few runs tonight, very frustrating to lose a seal opportunity because of something like this.
