Unable to run playonline viewer need help

I just downloaded the final fantasy ultimate abyssea edition from direct 2 drive and when i set up the shortcuts for POL i try to start it up and i find an error saying POL stopped working...

I'm using windows 7 home premium on my xps 15 dell laptop

ive tried to fix the problem by putting down firewalls with mcafee to uninstalling.. Just can't figure why it won't run.

did ya download the Windows Vista/Windows 7 compitable version of Playonline Viewer?
if not go here:

Uninstall the PoL ya have 1st
