As we all know, Stormwaker stops receiving spells at level 78 despite the current level cap of 90. Furthermore, the Harlequin setup stops gaining spells post 50. Not even Cure V. It's almost unprofessional, considering the level cap is about to raise by another 5 levels.
Now, before people post comments like "lol harlequin's pointless post level 10" and "lawl why use stormwaker when you have soulsoother and spiritreaver," I'd like to say that I'm among those that would like to see Harlequin have some functionality again, and I'd hate to see portions of my arsenal as "useless."
Stormwaker should continue to fulfill its original design - an in between used for solo play, being able to both nuke and cure. Soulsoother and Spiritreaver, on the other hand, are more optimized for party play (which they already do well) with slightly higher risks in hate acquisition but more to return to the table.
If not the above, then perhaps Stormwaker could branch off as an enfeeble heavy automaton. I don't mind that people aren't using it, but I do mind that it's become relatively "useless." At least make the decision not to use it a conscious one. Same goes for Harlequin.
I would at least like some sort of reply or notification to know that revision of the Harlequin frame is being considered, at the very least.
