So far my level 30 caught 10 fish and hasn't caught anything since, all she gets is "You didn't catch anything" while next to me a guy is pulling up a fish every minute. Are level 30s being descriminated now?
SE actually did this in an update a while back to help cut back on the amount of RMT fishers that would use their low level mules in town to fish up moat carps and the like.
However, I believe it applies to level 20s and under or for characters that have only been active for two weeks or less. If your level 30 has been active for two weeks or less, than it will be restricted to only 10 fish per earth day.
