Supposedly those startup charges will get pulled back into your C&B account and applied to your next billling, so you only get charged with the difference. It all looks suspicious and confusing up front--but it is supposed to work out in the long run. At least, that is how others have been explaining it worked for them...if this isn't happening for you, then you may have a problem.

I had a nightmare doing this, but I fought and fought and fought with their customer service rep to have it happen. I'd say try that first.

In order to close your account, you have to cancel the SE account EasyCollect on your account first, which takes 1 week. Then you have to wait another week after that for it to really close for good.

I hope people keep posting about this till they fix it, Square want people to stop posting about it and for it to go under the radar. People like you are helping companies get away with bad service. Uproar about bad things is good, continued uproar till something is done is also good.

I set up a Paypal to buy Crysta with yesturday, I'll be changing over to Crysta later this month, but hoping they add direct pay through Paypal or something.

I too am tired of seeing new threads about this.

It seems like the solution to the problem is to fix the payment options. Then there won't be any threads about it at all anymore, new or olde.

What a novel idea, the solution to the problem is to fix the cause of the problem in the first place! ^^ Sorry Panthera, but that was just a little obvious *laughs* People are complaining about the new payment options, and you suggest the solution is to fix the payment options. Well of course it is!
