View Full Version : Purchasing Abyssea Add Ons?

Is this still doable either in the Square-Enix account management system or in the Playonline viewer or are you required to purchase it from the website and receive a physical copy ? Going to the website my buddy was only able to see the "Visions of Abyssea" scenario for purchase.
If you did the transfer to SE management you have to purchase abysea there. If you didn't tranfer your account from pol to SE management i think you can still buy the addons on pol.
I bought abysea heroes yesterday from SE account management, was kinda problematic... had to turn some things on C&B settings to make the purchase.

The information provided by vax is mostly accurate. As all account management functions for FINAL FANTASY XI have been transferred to the SQUARE ENIX Account Management system, all option services (such as registration code sales) are handled through the SQUARE ENIX Account Management system. All account management options within the PlayOnline Viewer have been removed.
In the future, however, please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center directly for any account or billing related issues. As noted in the general forum rules, this forum is for the discussion of technical issues only. Unfortunately, since this situation does not involve any technical trouble, we have had to lock the thread.
