When i play i cant seem to enter the areas with the expansions. I play the xbox and i have the vanadiel collection 2008. When im on the POL it tells me to transfer my POL to my square enix account then confirm my expansions from there. So far.... i cant seem to find it anywhere on my square enix account. It only tells me to buy them....help anyone?

Accessing the expansion areas in FINAL FANTASY XI requires that the expansion data be installed on the platform you are logging in on, as well as having the expansions registered to the PlayOnline account you are logging in with. The Vana’Diel Collection 2008 release for the Xbox 360 includes all four expansions, so as long as the PlayOnline account you are logging in with has been registered for those expansions, you should have no problems.
If you believe that the expansion data has not been installed, then we would recommend that you uninstall the entire FINAL FANTASY XI game package completely, and then reinstall from disc. If you are unsure as to whether or not the PlayOnline account has been registered for the expansions, please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center directly, as we cannot assist with account-related matters through the forums.
