I was looking at the Technical Support forum, and it seems SE_James locked 90% of the threads because they didn't fit the topic of the forum. In almost all cases it involved account related issues and questions. Many of which could be answered by experienced players, rather then a cold hard reference to SE Support.
Adding an Account Support forum would give those threads a place, and any issues that could not be resolved by the playerbase itself could still be redirected to SE Support.
