No charges on either my C&B account or bank account transaction history. SE's account management system doesn't show any service fee for this month and has no information on previous months either.
Getting very worried now.

hmmm........ maybe they didn't need to charge you because you transfer after the maint maybe?

Transferred on the 28'th. No charges on my bank account from click & buy except the account verification thing. No charges from Square Enix either.

Click on the Transactions tab in your ClickandBuy account, then click on "Billing Aggreements / Easy Collect" on the left side of the page. Do you have an authorization there for Square Enix Account Management System?

Just logged in to check CC activity, and they haven't charged me anything extra...so guess I'm not covering Atomic's account this month. Must be one of the other countless double billings.
Still on the POL billing system....not doing the transfer out of protest until they fix this crap. Even if it means loosing all those years of hardwork and loosing contact with a lot of friends I've made around the world these past ~7 years.

Yes it's there.

I'm not so stupid as to believe that this will go unnoticed forever, and when they do notice one of two things will happen. They will charge me several months fees all at once, they will ban my account, or possibly both.

Same here! I was a little worried since I never got the usual PoL billing reminder on the 2nd, but I checked my CC statement online and it was there, for the correct ammount. I find it kinda strange that some ppl were double billed, and others weren't billed at all. And this new payment system was supposed to make things easier?

What are you worried about? If your account isn't being charged, then I'd be pretty darn happy...

Did they say somewhere that you could be billed from maybe where you started from. Say you started the 27th of some month you wouldnt get charged til 27th of next month. instead of the 1st of the month as always stuff. granted id think that would mean any existing user would be charged on the first as it is when our payment cycle ends already.
I dont know why but i think i remember reading that somewhere.

eh.. at this point they've monkeyed around so much with the system... beginning to wonder if THEY even have an understanding of how it was actually programmed to work. People have been billed by both the old and the new systems ffs.

I just got billed by the old system. This was due to their cancelling of my account for no apparent reason last month. They actually billed me twice for it, and I was about to start raging about it until I noticed that they actually refunded the money that they had taken the month before when they cancelled the account.
Think I have to wait a month before I get charged by C&B.
To the OP, I'm sure I read somewhere that we're now being billed AFTER we've played for each month, instead of a month in advance. So if this is true, it will appear that we get a month for free.

Because eventually it WILL be noticed and either I'll get charged several months fees all at once (and I pay around $100 a month for FFXI) or they'll ban my account for "trying to play FFXI for free" or possibly both.

Unless you can provide me with a URL I won't believe that because no MMO works that way. Also my next billing on my SE account says August 1'st. It couldn't have been billed though POL either because the card that was on POL was canceled and replaced in the middle of July.

They actually billed me twice for it, and I was about to start raging about it until I noticed that they actually refunded the money that they had taken the month before when they cancelled the account.You had no cause to consider raging. they specifically said that they were going to refund the fee for anyone who reactivated after having their account erroneously cancelled- something that I'm fairly sure is describing you.
