Click and Buy Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spent hours trying to get my click and buy payment information set up. It wouldn't take my debit card saying it was wrong. After multiple attempts it locked my account, and now I have to send in all this bullcrap, and had to purchase crysta. I then tried to call click and buy, was on hold for over an hour, and when I did speak with someone the guy told me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager, he said no and hung up!! So is this what ffxi players have to look forward to? If so no wonder people stop playing this game and go to WoW, or Rift. Why the h@ll can't SE use paypal like everywhere else in the world, and when do I get that Destrier Beret? I put in the code for it when I registered my account, and still nothing.
I guess I'm venting more than anything, but I would really like to see paypal as an option, and I really do want my head gear. Being I'm new to the game I'm broke as hell and need some gear lol.

ok I too got the "wont take, info wrong" I went to my credit union though. Trust me I Hate SE's customer serrvice More then most, but i wanted to ask my bank first why it was saying this. After about 30 mins at the credit union, I was told that Click and Buy is located in the UK and that there Is More CC fruad there then anywhere with this type of billing. I was able to have them take Click and buy off my fraud list and had to wait 24+ HOURS for it to take effect. I am now able to use the system.

So to come to the SE CS SUCKS part. We are not European, We are Not Japanese, We are AMERICAN. Give us the option to use an AMERICAN company such as PayPal here for us to use. How hard can it realy be. If we had this option then there would be any LASHINGZ out from "PAYING players"


To end.. WTH is the stupid warp staff. Ya that made me want to go through a week of hell doing SE's confusion. warp every 168hrs "Drop item" yes please!

You CAN use Paypal, just not for automatic payments. You can use Paypal to buy Crysta. It may be a slight hassle to keep an eye on your Crysta balance, and add to it every month or so, but it's peace of mind to pay via the trusted Paypal vs. Click and Buy with their complications.

Add Crysta > [Amount] > UltimatePay > Paypal > you get the idea.

The thing is both these systems have inherent flaws that can require you to pay more than you were previously, and you run the risk of not being able to using one (or both) when you may not have had any processing issues in the past. Couple that with the fact this is only affecting non JP regional subscribers as they are not getting forced off the established billing option....and you really see what is upsetting a lot of people.
