My friend wanted me to post this since he cant login on the forum because he cant reactivate.
When trying to pay for the overdue fees he gets this error.
ERROR (-26200)
A technical issue has occurred.
Try accessing the site again. If the issue still has not been resolved, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
He put 3000 crysta on his account but he cant even use them.
Yes he contacted the support center but they cant help him there either.
Apparently they dont know their own error codes.
Anyone else got this issue before? if so whats was the solution. I doubt someone from SE will anser this cause they dont even know the solution to their own problems.
