View Full Version : not allowing me to transfer my pol id to se acct.

I am trying to transfer my account to se account, and when i do so i click transfer this account put in password then get an answer saying " This account can not be transferred please contact customer service. When i try to log into game it says due to unpaid fees or violation of tos this account can not be logged in (lm-31) wtf is this crap.

I'm having the same problem, but when I try to contact Square Enix Support Center I get a message saying that there's no agents available to speak to me, after waiting a half hour, then it cancels my queue position.

click yes or continue or whatever the option is on the PoL viewer and it'll take you to the page where you can pay up and then you'll be able to transfer and buy you next 30 days. Honestly it could have been done in a clearer way rather than leave us to assume or not assume and figure it all out via trial and error

same problem.
i hav talked to both US an Eu support. EU said i would be redirected to payment from pol-viewer an US suppot said they were having problems and maintenance an tat it might be fixed tomorrow. i hav bills to pay but Pol only says I need to have square enix accoun to reactive id and redirects me to this link: http://www.playonline.com/homeus/polshift/
this is worthless.
