I've been playing COR lately, getting back into it and I was thinking it would be nice if we got a set of cards that worked on say all damage shots and light or dark. So instead of carrying potentially 8 stacks of cards we'd only have to carry 2. Condensing the tool needs for COR main, similar to how NIN main only needs to carry 4 stacks of tools if they choose.

Yes except they are twice as expensive as regular cards. Is it really so hard for SE to make inventory less of an issue without screwing COR's out of more gil?

On a per card price I see your point but I don't look at trump cards like that, I see them as essentially 8 options in 1 which I translate to the gil cost, assuming you buy them at 48 gil a card that's 384 for 1 of each element. Trump card is 101~ gil per card. To me that's a 283 savings as well as +7 Inventory, considering I paid anywhere from 50k to 500k for Gobbie Bag Upgrages, that's a steal of a deal.
Just depends on how you look at it, though when I was dumping 100k+ a party at 75 I don't look at 10k for trump card cases as expensive. But I'm probably the exception as I'm looking to switch to Oberon Bullets (100k on my server) for my Slug Shots since someone has started making them and they're in decent supply on the AH at least they have been.

I know it doesn't really break the bank, but would a modest price of 70 Gil not been better? Of course I rarely get to play COR anymore so I'm still working on stacks of old regular cards, slowly whittling them down.
But honestly, when there are 12 COR's playing at any given time on a server, does SE really think 100k/stack bullets and 10k stack cards encourage anyone to play the job?
