Please help me. I just got the game today (I'm using my sister's account to post this), but when I try to log in for the first time, it won't let me. It seems that all of the help available requires a Playonline id, but it won't let me register with Playonline--only Square Enix.
I get to the screen and I am using the correct password but it tells me it's wrong. Please help me here.
It might be due to the issue with the billing cycle this month, as described here (http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/polnews/news20964.shtml).
You should try again next week to see if you can register for an ID.
