last night i tried to transfer my account to my square enix account since my account is already linked because i have a sercurity token it already had my pol id but when i tried to enter my password it kept telling me my password was wrong although i know its not because as im writing this i have no problems logging into pol clint
any help would be great thank you

Did you also get a message about billing not being complete? I had this problem with one of my accounts and it was because an add-on was added to it this month.

i havent recieved a message about billing yet but i did add a new content id (mule) so that maybe the cause for my problems?

Yes, if you added any new content it won't transfer until after the billing cycle. I'd try again next week.

I have the same problem but it gets worse. When I try to look at my LS community profile it say's my POL ID has been canceled. I can't log into the game as I get a LM-26 and it won't let me transfer my account as it says my POL ID / PW is incorrect.

The fix to my problem was to have the SE guys reactivate my POL account and reset my PW. This allowed me to attempt the transfer again and it worked.

How do you change your Playonline password when its linked to the SE account but not transferred over yet?
