View Full Version : Question about SEID Transfer + Messed up July Billing

This is an announcement concerning transfers to Square Enix Accounts.

Customers who have reactivated Content IDs, purchased additional expansions, performed world transfers, or made any other additional purchases during the month of July, will not be able to complete the transfer process until after the monthly maintenance scheduled for the end of this month.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

Because of the deadline to get the item for doing this transfer, I need an answer.

The beginning of this month, if you care to remember; you had a billing issue where a bunch of people (including myself), had their accounts canceled by SE because of their not billing accounts at the proper time. I didn't cancel my account, you did by not doing your job properly, and even though I called and was told the money that I WAS CHARGED ANYWAY would be put back into my account and to go ahead and reactivate my account, I never did get that money put back into my account.

So I want to know if I'm not only going to be jipped out of 12.95 for an extra month of billing you decided to take out, if I'm going to be jipped out of the Transfer item because I can't do it in the allotted time because of your mistake?

Iono how many times this needs to be said but,

You have to transfer it by August 31, not July.

Even if you can't transfer now, you'll have plenty of time in August to do so and still get the item.

I mean how big do the letters need to be if people keep asking this?
