So, I can get an item that will teleport me to someplace that's already accessable from all four nations (including Aht Urhgan!)? And because this ability to save me from walking 300 yalms is so awesome and powerful, I can only do this once a week?
Unless using it lets you exit to Jeuno, this isn't worth inventory -1. Can I voluntarily choose not to receive it? How long before a Porter Moogle will take it off my hands, ne'er to see the light of day again?
Another Purgonorgo teleport would mean more to me than this.

This is instant access to all 4 nations you know that right?
After arriving, players may exit to the destination of their choice: San d'Oria, Bastok, Windurst, or Jeuno
Sounds pretty nice for something everyone is basically going to get.

Yet, the huge re-use timer seems weird, perhaps they will lower that still.
In general, everyone with Abyssea already have a near-instant access to all the four nations via the maws.
Already before that, one could use the Wings of the Goddess maws for rather swift transportation in this regard.
I now have all the outpost-warps too, though (surely not everyone do), and if you get those items from the Voidwalker NPCs you will have yet another way to warp from town-to-town.
So in that regard, I do not see this item useful, at all, but I will likely get it if I can pay for the game with the new methods, since I am a kind of a collector and like to punch monsters with funky stuff...
Not really sure if I will be playing for long now, though.
Only time will tell.

I agree on the timer, all the warp items should be an hour. Is it really that broken to be able to warp one an hour? They already did it for items like warp cudgels.

I only recently restarted myself, so this would be a HUGE thing for me since I don't even have my airship pass yet. I also played back when the maws were still new and didn't have a chance to use them, so I don't even know how I'd be able to use them to teleport between nations. This would at least give me a (admittedly very restricted) way to get missions like 2-3 done without banging my head for 30 minutes while I auto-run/choco between nations.

After just reducing all the Cooldown timers of multiple warp items, a 1 week charge on this seems like a vehement backpedal to that update, wouldn't you agree?
Still a nice item, but ultimately pretty meaningless with a 1 week timer attached...

If you have the Scars of Abyssea, you can warp to the maws at Konschtat Highlands, La Theine Plateau, and Tahrongi Canyon right next to the entrances to North Gustaberg, East Ronfaure, and East Sarutabaruta respectively from Jeuno.
All you need to do, is check the maws while having at least one Traverser Stone with you, and had a cutscene regarding the 'mage bosses' of those areas.
I hope this helps!

I'm still a little confused about it, and the Wiki isn't really helping in this regard. I did the cutscene for tahrongi canyon's maw, so how do I teleport to Jeuno from it, or vice-versa?

You can not use them to teleport to Jeuno, only from Jeuno (or now from the starter cities as well, I kind of forgot about that I guess as it's a quite recent change) to the maw(s).
There are certain NPCs at Port Jeuno, as well as in the Ru'lude Gardens, and in each Ports of the starter cities.
They all wear white outfits not common to the other NPCs, and are usually situated not far from the Mog House exits (in Jeuno they are near the stairs going down to the Auction House counters of the port, and almost right at the entrance to and from Upper Jeuno in the gardens).
At wikki, try searching for 'Traverser Stone' and you should find the NPC names quite easily (at least at the Gamer Escape wikki).
You people all know you can already instantly warp to the three starting nations via Voidwatcher warps already, no?
And if you don't already have your home point in jueno then lol.

Jeps, mentioned a few posts up there. :]
All we need is as easy way to get to Jeuno, since I personally like to have my home-point at Bastok (that is if I can even pay for the game after next month). ^^

Nope. I don't waste time on voidwatch. But if this is true and assuming there isn't some dumb limitation which I'm sure there is like voidwatch points or something I'll be sure to abuse it from here on out.

I have not done it at all, I merely collected those stones or whatchamathingamablubbs from each nation's NPC, and then I have been able to use the teleportation service they provide for 1000 cruor (each time).

Well even though a lot of people hate synergy if you have access to it, there are earrings you can have made that let you teleport to its corresponding city once per hour. That includes all three starter nations, Jeuno, Nashmau, Rabao, Selbina, Mhaura, and Whitegate too I think. I don't know if any take you to the past nations, but the earrings have 30 charges and a 1 hr recast timer. The roundsey wand is more of a *that looks cool* item, than a *wow thats useful* item.
