What if they made a goblin in lower jeuno in goblin junkshop that tells you "What a sucker..." when you trade 4 type of paper for artifact gear for one paper you need!
The catch will be if square enix says this will be too easy... is too make it random soo its not garunteed you get the one you need its why we love the goblins!
For example
4 Creed paper --->1 sylvan paper
4 creed paper--->1 orison paper
4 creed paper--->Random paper
