Posted this in the BLU forums, but in hindsight should have put it over here. Didn't want to duplicate the thread but meh.
Recent testing by others and then consecutive testing by myself indicates that the Isador's "Fast Cast" enhancement as well as the "Fast Cast" trait that we're able to set via spell combos have both been nerfed from 10% each to 5% each.
Is there a reason for this? Was it intentional? Insight would be appreciated, as in the current state, not only is the trait half the strength of a RDM's tier 1 trait, but it isn't worth a whopping 9 set points. The sword is understandable but still, why nerf ours when Hochomasamune remains at 10%?
If this could be forwarded to the Dev Team and some light could be shed on the situation, it would be appreciated.

Steps:
1. Equip fast cast trait or Isador.
2. Cast Metallic Body, which has a native recast of 60 seconds, with no fast cast or haste gear equipped. The results should be 57 seconds, but you'll instead get 58.
3. Equip both the fast cast trait and Isador.
4. Cast Metallic Body with both equipped and notice the recast time. With a 10% reduction, the recast should be 54 seconds, it is instead 57.
5. For a control test to see what Fast Cast should be doing, change job to White Mage while subbing Red Mage and sync to 30. Cast Reraise, which has a native recast of 60 seconds, and you will have a 57 second recast, which is in line with a 5% recast reduction.
