Reward registration fails

I just registered a second acc. for dual boxing, and I'm trying to input the rego code for the destrier cap.
Program asks for my FFXI password, and then rejects it. Tried 10 times. Absolutely sure I got it right. Must be a website bug.
Anyone got similar experiences?
