After long years of spending my life in Vanadiel on SMN there is one ability for the job i really miss.

Something that actually restores HP to our pets. How about an ability that uses up MP and heals our Avatar with it?

For Example:

Blood Bond: Either uses a set amount of own HP to restore the pet much like Martyr from WHM, or use up MP to heal your pet for the double or 3 times the amount of MP spent.

Also for mother of Christ and Baby Jesus fate, allow us to control a spirit like an Avatar. Spirits as they are now are a joke and only used for Elemental Syphon.

The Implemention of the Abyssean Spirits as new Avatars would also be nice.

Well, being that there's no really good tanking avatar there's really no reason to continually to heal an avatar...other than TP building. As avatar is dying move away and resin on a fresh one. TP gain is the real issue and SE has addressed it in many ways.

i tend to disagree. Avatars can tank quite alot. In Abyssea if the Atma is right and even outside. Im not talking of big HNM stuff, but during last Staff trials i didnt had to resummon Titan or Garuda for over 50 mobs. A Healing ability would have helped alot.

With Avatar out i still have +4 refresh/tick without any form of spell/refresh, so i dont mind putting MP into HP for my pet, i dont even mind sacrificing HP seeing some pets can help me get them back e.g. Garuda/Leviathan/Carbuncle.

Why not spam Garuda or Leviathan for damage and tankability?

I'm actually more in favor of a trade place ability. So you can replace your garuda with fenrir, 0 time lost with pet out, but perhaps some 5 seconds activation time on master. The health would stay the same as old pet when the new appears.

The pros:
Easy access to all your wards without having to release your pet.
Access to curing pacts allow healing even fenrir or ifrit or other avatars.

The cons:
Not really that much of a difference in any situation that doesn't involve avatar tanking.

I'd like to see something similar to this, while not restoring your Avatar's HP, rather it becomes like Sacrifice, where you transfer debuffs from your avatar (looking mainly at sleep here, having your pet slept upon summoning can ruin everything while soloing).

What I can see SE adding, besides what was listed in the manifesto:
- Lv.92: Ramuh BP:Ward, AoE Magic Defense Down (SE added 5 new Wards, 3 buffs, 2 debuffs, this evens it out and it kinda useful)
- Lv.95 Carby BP:Ward, I have a feeling they'll add Healing Ruby III
- Lv.95 Fenrir Pact, no idea which, hoping for Rage but knowing SE it'll be a buff
- Lv.95 Diabolos BP:Rage. Please for the love of god add Cacodemonia.
- Lv.95~99 Blood Pact: Rages for the Celestral Avatars.
