I want to know where I can go to report the downfallings of GMs and thier policies. The GM in this thread I am linking stated to go to the support center. Thats the issue though the support center is not helping me so where do i trun? I made that thread because the support senter did not help me even though I tried 4 times and gave them 2 years to fix my issue.

I do not understand why a GM is loking my thread and temming me to do something that I tried already and did not get help.

I want to know if SE is aware of wrongfull banings and if i have to fear muling to my self and getting banned again.

I want to report the lack of service I am getting from GMs and the help center. I do not like where this is going, having the GMs sensor all negative feedback.

I want to report my issue to Square Enix , not GMs or that support center since it failed to help me after 2 years.

What I did a few years ago was contact their corporate office, Called the front desk and talked to their Director of Operations. He actually was very nice and called me at home and investigated what happened and within the hour he had my account back online and ready to go.

I actually was banned because I reported a RMT to a GM and the GM got me mixed up with the person I reported and the GM started harassing me and I asked them to stop and the GM harassed me for a good hour after I reported the RMT. Cursing at me etc

So that could have been the reason I got a fast response. But google and find Square Enix corporate office and go with that if you can't figure out how to solve the problem, It's been many years so I do not have the number or address. I think i got it from the BBB

GL, people make mistakes and if you were banned in 07 and just wanting it back now, it's probably easier to just start over. It's very easy to level now

It's easier to level for sure, but harder if you don't get Abyssea access. It's reasonable though for him to want his stuff back and SE really needs to realize they auto-ban bot is missing the culprits and banning legit players.

I'd do as the previous poster suggested and try calling, but really, SE shouldn't be locking threads because you are complaining about unanswered support. If they do it to try to improve their customer support image it really isn't helping.

I contacted the support center again asking for a supervisor. I talked to the SGM that locked my thread in game and thats what he told me to do. well I called the support center again and the guy cut me off short and did not properly serivce me.

How do i talk higher up like that? SGMS, GMs helpcenter are not giving me any answers

I also had a GM comprise my privacy by giving my name out and other GM / help center complaints, is this the place I am suppose to talk about that? ( i would like to see a feedback section on service)

this account that got banned is a mule account, it has gil on it and such, This has nothing to do with dewling and starting over saying i only had 1-75 in 07 or something.

are we allowed to post the conversations I have? because I can do that but i dont want to step on anyones privacy or ToS agreement.

also like to know if we are still unsafe with muling or doing high value trades or high volume trade count. thats the only reason they could target my mule like that

I can only say that the US POL support is not only useless but employs people who lie rather then do their job. A friend of mine got banned for chargebacks from the cc company, but Visa has nothing on record. When checking back with pol for an amount/date they insist that only the big manager can actually unban the player after a written request, of which he has put in 4, all without reply. In the process he got lied to on more then one occasion when requesting status or confirming his adress. (ie support 1 says correct address, support 2 says it;s not, support 3 says it is).

Square and customer service are not two words that go well together, I live in utter fear of anything going wrong with my account or char and having to contact Square. Really, friends that have had to do it had a horrible time and the one time I had an issue it was horrendous to sort it out.

I wonder if it would be better to just give up and quit if I had a serious issue, they are just that bad and seem to not give a care in the world about actually helping. Totally alien to contacting Blizzard with any problems, amazingly different infact.

I was hit with that banning too, just before rebanning my mule, I was told a manager will contact me, I will post here again in a bit to tell you how it goes. I will wait because I do not know the situation with the quake and all

bliz GMs are amazing! the onyl bad part is the wait time, 1-3 days but they at lest talk to you, I have made calls to GMS on FFXI where I never got a replay, no auto message or anything.

that is anther thing, the atuo messages are very unhelpful, when in word of warcraft when they have to leave you one it actally reacts to what you say, not a auto bot pit of selecting 4 messages or so. ( I think I got to see all of SEs different atuo messages in one day)

one basically tells you that you did not give enough information and to place a different call
one tells you that they do not handle it
one tells you that they cannot handle it and to go to xxx link to solve your porblem
