So went down to Bostaunieux to camp the Nm (Shii) for the GK for my ninja. But the Garms it's supposed to spawn off of have been replaced with It ghosts. So are they now considered the placeholder, or has the nm been moved/removed?

NM has been moved. You'll have to find out where yourself, but most likely near the remaining Garms. Check the 'rooms' at F-9, H-8 and H-9/10 and show those doggies the meaning of garm warfare.

Yeah went back there a day or two ago and killed my way around and popped him in the small room in H-8. Was more like Garmageddon ^^
