The following NPCs have been repositioned:
Northern San d'Oria: Jeanvirgaud (L-10) (*Players teleporting from outposts will still arrive at the usual location.),
Any way our teleporting in point be moved to his new location it was pretty perfect before this past update....

I have a strong hunch that the moving of these NPCs was related to the PS2 NPC dialog menu freezing bug that we used to see so very long ago in Whitegate when talking to the ISP/coin dispenser and Assault counters.
I just talked with Trilok in Port Bastok and didn't get frozen up for the first time since those synergy furnaces were put in. (now the furnaces were moved)
I used to get an actual Black Screen of Death when running past the Bastokan Embassy in Northern San d'Oria, between the Mog House and the Souther San d'Oria zoneline. Jeanvirgaud was in the grass there...
I'm hoping the issue with the Chocobo Hot & Cold NPC (Tandjana Wildgrass dispenser) is fixed now too, since I've frozen up several times there in Bastok Mines (but that one usually just has a super long delay that eventually gets through without needing a reboot) but there were no NPC moves in Bastok Mines... we'll see when I try after JP Midnight today.

Yep was because console players got it in the @#$ whenever they clicked on that guy. Really made playing suck to get frozen on an npc when you just told some "Sure I'll brt!"

If you ask me, it's less of a walk between your mog house and tele'ing to wherever you wanna go :D

I knew it had something to do with the freezing issue. Just wish they changed the teleport point with him as well. Unless of course that was somehow the issue and needs to stay the way it is now.
Seems off being teleported back to where he used to be and not where he is now but as long as it actually fixes the problem then I can ignore that feeling of "off-ness"

Because it was entirely out of the way for most people wanting to utilize it. The same could've been said for Windurst and Bastok OP NPCs.
I, for one, feel that the Signet gateguards should be moved or added near the regional OP warping NPCs as well.

I agree, but people were too lazy to walk, now perhaps I might be able to use the Explorer Moogle that SE put right next to him.
Can we at least be teleported to him then? :/ I was so confused when I came back today and tried to outpost out.
