There is some SERIOUS congestion around the brown belt NMs. At least 5 people at each of the three pops for the past 3 days. And that does not include people trying for magian trials. Also, no one wants to do the BCNMs because they don't drop anything else worthwhile. Something desrately needs to be done like %100 drop or faster pop times or item pops or give the BCNMs better drops. I've been frustrated with this game for a while and this is enough to make me quit.

I consider myself lucky that I got Dodo Skin and Nue Fang within 20mins of each other. Paid for my luck though by having to camp Morbolger for a month.
You could always team up with ppl who are after theur Trial NMs, here on Asura I've run into ppl who would let me lot on the Belt item drops for Purple belt and got offered for a team up for Dodo but declined cuz it popped right on top of me (did invite the guy for his last trial kill though. Invited someone else who was obviously there for kill but no response)
The KSNM alternative for Morbolger can be duo'ed with 2 lvl 90 SMNers from what I hear so you may want to look for or hit up any high lvl SMNer friends since uncapped blazing circles seem to be one their strong suits.
I do agree with you that it is congested but since I'm a relatively new player something leads me to believe it was far worse in the times of yore.

It was WAY worse years ago. It's actually alot easier now. For years, legitimate monks had to compete with each other and players simply wanting to sell the Brown Belt for gil. Nowadays, however, there are much easier ways for people to make gil and the gil for questing a Brown Belt just isn't worth the time investment anymore.
If you're frustrated, then just quit. I guarantee if you're frustrated at the Brown Belt quest, it's not going to get much better. Go play another game where you can get alot of rewards with little effort, because that's not this game.
As for your call to make this easier: Just stop. This game is slowly going into easy-mode. This forum is crawling with mouth--breathers who think a certain part of the game is "too hard" for the general population simply because it is "too hard" for them (which is faulty inductive reasoning). If it's too hard: just don't do it. Simple as that. Stop trying to change the game because something isn't easy for you.

I've been playing seince 2004, I know how bad it is. But for some reason I've been trying to keep going. All my friends quit because of this crap. After they all left, I did too. I should have stayed gone. I came back because I have so much time and brain space invested in this game. It goes through my head several times a day weather I'm on-line or not. That's why I'm trying to fix it. So I don't have to thow a good portion of the last 7 years away. Just because it's easier now does not make it fun. I don't care if it's not easy, I'm sick of stuff being impossible without gil, the best gear in the game or a million "friends". Even with all those things, this one would still be imposible because of all the congestion. If I do quit, it's because I find the players and developers of this game to be uncaring wastes of flesh. Thank you for proving that point.

You're welcome.
It took me about 8 months to finish the Brown Belt quest from start to finish.
It took me over a year to finish Black Belt quest.
I went 0/15 on Yinynag Robe. That's not counting the 20+ times I was outclaimed by another group.
Took me two years to get Byakko's Haidate back at 75 cap when it was actually the best leg piece for Monk.
I started dynamis and a year later I received my first piece of Relic gear. (This was obviously prior to the increase in drops.)
It took me 6 years and a crap ton of farming and camping to finish Smithing to 100.
So yeah: pardon me if I have no sympathy for you. This game wasn't meant to be an "I want it so I am somehow entitled to it now" game. If you don't want to put in the work for something then don't do it. No one is forcing you to play this game at gun point.
If it's too congested for you, then move on and do something else. If you really want something then quit complaining and go get it.
I just don't get why this forum has become a place for people to complain about not getting instant gratification and then request that the SE developers changes the conditions of the game in order for them to get what they want?

I have a simmilar list. The real question is what is the mental illness that makes you want people to be punished as you were punished instead of wanting a better life for them.

How did I say I want you to be punished? Where did I say I was punished? Did you even read what I wrote? Or are your eyes too blurry from all your crying?
I wasn't complaining in my post about the time it took to acquire certain things. I was simply trying to demonstrate that I (like many others) also have to endure long periods of time and dedication in order to get what they want.
I simply said:

Most things take a large time investment to complete. If you don't like it, then again maybe this isn't the game for you after all.

Lmao everyone has a sad tale of going 0/?? on the stuff they want, it's part of the game and the solution is to just deal with it. Brown belt is not that hard. If your having trouble with people camped for ToM items just ask if you can join them. I've never had an issue with a trial group letting me snag the item i needed because I was helping them kill placeholders.

Magian groups are not the problem. It's not about 0/??? drops, it's about 0/??? claims. It's not difficult, it's impossible. Please read the original post.
This is such a low level item, it's not a good place for congestion. There is plenty of other questable gear to get hung up on.

ITT: Claiming things is impossible.
Yes. It is. If you're manually typing commands with a braille keyboard after your seeing eye dog barks 4 times to let you know that the NM spawned.
However, for those who aren't visually handicapped, claiming is simply a matter of paying attention and getting lucky. No claim? Sucks. Deal with it. We've all done it. We have absolutely zero sympathy for you. You'll just have to get over it and learn to think positive (or just give up, I honestly couldn't care less). Every claim you miss is one less person to compete with next time, brah.

In the post above me: People who have no clue that 6 people fighting for the same nm can't all claim it.

Naw way. But hey, when JoeBlowA gets claim on Monday, he's not going to be back to camp it on Tuesday. Unless you are seriously handicapped in some way, and you'll excuse me if you are but I'm assuming for the sake of argument that you're not, you are perfectly capable of claiming any NM with enough attention, dedication, and a splash of luck.

Not possible because of too much lag from my ISP and all of the 3rd party tools others use. Even by the time JoeBlowA gets out of there JoeBlowB-D just FCed their MNK and now they want it too.

I laughed. But probably this.
Excuses will get you absolutely nowhere. If you're constantly playing at 5-10 FPS because of your ISP and/or Commodore 64 computer, you should probably pick up the PS2 version of FFXI and upgrade yourself.
Oh yeah, and no one bots brown belt items. Even the people who bot other crap. Which really isn't that large a percentage of the playerbase any more anyways. Seriously. Anyone who beats you is not automatically a botter =/.

If I could change my ISP I would. And when I have Rangers with me who can't see it on widescan before a THF/NIN knows it's out, yes people are cheating.

Because Widescan refreshes itself, ri- oh wait.
PPS: WideScan is a terrible way to camp things. I've done it. It gave me carpal tunnel syndrome and headaches, but never a claim.
