(The Dream) of winning a mythic weapon from Mog Bonanza (but its on a mule)

I'm probably not the only one who purchased a few marbles on a mule or 2.

In carefully reviewing the list (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/239-dev1002-Delivery-System-Adjustments?p=282&viewfull=1#post282) of items that are not deliverable, regarding the Mog Bonanza specifically, it lists the following Kupons:
Bonanza Kupon L
Bonanza Kupon B
Bonanza Kupon X
Bonanza Kupon P
Bonanza Kupon A
Bonanza Kupon E
Bonanza Kupon J

However, this upcoming Bonanza has the following awesome additional new Kupons:

Bonanza Kupon RW (Relic weapon)
Bonanza Kupon MW (Mythic weapon)
Bonanza Kupon EW (Empyrean weapon)

Question to the developers, was the intent to allows the weapon Kupons to be transferable between mules (I sincerely hope the answer is yes), or were these new Kupons simply omitted from the non-deliverable list because the items did not exist yet when the list was created?

The only problem is that eph, mythic, and relic weapons are not transferable (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/239-dev1002-Delivery-System-Adjustments?p=282&viewfull=1#post282)within an account's mules, so the only hope is that the Kupon would be transferable.

Generally speaking, any items that fall into the following categories cannot be delivered.

Artifact equipment, mythic weapons
Moogle storage slips
Items related to campaign codes
Quest-related items
Mission reward items, add-on bonus items
Synthesis skill and rank-related items
Items related to the Trial of the Magians


but then if you ctrl-f "Gastraphetes" or some other relic/mythic/empyrean/ToM it's listed in the transferable items...

this...needs to be addressed.

Actually yeah, I'm really concerned about this (lolol i think im actually going to win lolol). They never really specified how transfering between characters was going to work for these kupons.

The list is for non-transferable items.

There is no relic for BLU, but that is a little off topic. I know its a long shot that any of us will win rank 1 - but half the fun of bonanza is dreaming about what would happen if you do .. would just like have a good non-gil transfer option for mythic weapon.

I can understand the pessimism, I personally dont know of anyone who has won rank 1 - but, I have a good feeling about this go round :)

I can understand not muling marbles DURING the purchase period, but after the winning numbers have been announced, it should be possible.

If a person can't send simple BB items I don't see why they would be able to do so with weapons. That's probably why the currency exists for rank 1, so people would have to do some kind of work. Cat's eye, also.

well the chance to win is 10:99999 per char.
6 correct number at lottery has a chance of 1:13,9M and ppl still win ^^

however, i agree that myths & emp not deliveryable sucks.

10 marbles on 1 char - chance is 1:10000 (zero counts as a marble number)
10 marbles on 10 chars - chance is 1:1000

Odds are still high but not impossible.

Gil has lost a lot of it's value with abyssea. I mean, what am I going to do with 50 mil.. ok, leveling goldsmithing 54 to 60 would probably cost 20M, but then? I'd rather have that Kenkonken..

I never really expect to win, but damn this years numbers were shit. Bunch of 9's and 0's as far as the eye can see.

I only get ~20 marbles each Bonanza, but so far i've only ever won rank5's and 1 single Rank 4. my GF gets like 50 marbles a year and I dont think shes won past a Rank4 either >_>

goooooooooooooooooooooooooood why do i do this year after year? its flushing money. But i can't help but try.

Edit: I think what peeves me the most is that those people i do see win anything higher than rank3 are those who literally have no use for winning rank3 >__>, Its either rich get richer or they'll pick something for their mannequin.
