Look if anyone can help me cuz i really need it right now my main account is stuck in sky and it keeps locking up and freezing everytime i log on to it please help i wont to play my main account not a level 1 mule....i play on xbox and it just keeps freezing

The problem could be a cutscene. Only solution at present is to log in on a PC, the cutscene will play out and you should be able to continue play as normal. At least, that's what it sounds like. I had a similar problem with a Promathia cutscene where I had zoned into Port Bastok and couldn't log in anymore until I cleared the cutscene on the PC (I play on the "Playstation 2").

Log onto a mule and ask a GM to warp you to your HP, they might not do it but its worth a try.
