Is there a cap on MAB?

Okay I had someone tell me that was a cap on Magic Attack Bonus. I understand lots of things are capped like haste from gear and recast and all that but does this also apply to MAB?

For the record I am not interested in the maximum MAB bonus available from gear or the Empyrean+2 set bonus proc. I simply am curious if SE has placed a cap on MAB.

I don't know of any. Primeval Brew gives +900 MAB, so if there is a cap it's probably higher than that.

There's probably some integer cap (or float cap? idk anything about anything) or at the very least a hardware limitation, but as for a design limitation there doesn't seem to be one. It's also possible that there is a MAB cap but brew breaks it.

As far as I know no one has reported a cap, and we've had cheap brews plus mega MAB atmas for a while now.

Give it a shot though, maybe you'll discover the cap.

If not then meh it was only 200k cruor.
