I worked on the magic accuracy magian staff for the sole purpose of having the listed -12% recast reduction, only to find that it isn't actually -12%. I have Yama's Staff +2, not sure on the final trial number, but the trial number just before it is 2214 for Yama's Staff +1.

Klimaform's default recast is 3:00 or 180 seconds. With Yama's Staff +2, it is reduced to 2:51 or 171 seconds. That's only a -5% reduction, not the advertised -12%. It should have been about 2:38 or 158 seconds if the description was accurate.

This is all completely irrelevant, but I know you're going to ask it anyway:

Trial 2622. Did you try the same test with other dark spells as well, like Drain/Aspir/Sleep? (I assume you didn't wear any gear other then staff, no buffs, and on a element-neutral day?)

The final trial is 2622 (http://wiki.bluegartr.com/bg/Staff_Trials)

This must simply be a coding error.
