Just an idea: a key(or just game feature) item that once you reach level 99 puts the experience you gain into other jobs. there are a couple limitations I think would be required though: 1) your limit points must be full, 2) it would only transfer the points to other jobs that meet certain criteria ie: the job must be level 99 for example. I'm not thinking of this as a way for people to take low level job(s) and fast level them by going to abyssea and using the experience that comes in there to make massive leaps forward. It wouldn't be fair and the job would be useless without the various skillups along the way. I see it more as being able to keep a job that you worked hard to level at it's cap.

No thanks. Id rather see people getting exp and skills up on the job they are raising.

How I understood his request, it's not to level other jobs. It's to take a job that's already at 99, and help keep it buffered. So if they don't have the skill-ups for the job that they need, they've probably already leeched their way there.

I would add in that the main weapon for a class be capped as an additional requirement. For jobs like WAR that can use multiple weapons, I'm not sure. Same for mage jobs, because my healing and divine are far from capped on my WHM and to make it be a weapon for them is laughable.
