im wondering if the monthly fee went up july 1 2011 because i was charged $25.90 instead of the normal $19.95:confused:

No, the fee hike isn't about to occur until August 1st, and only for players on an EU POL account paying in $. (Or if you are silly enough to buy crysta at the 100CRY = 1.00USD/1.00EUR/1.00GBP exchange rates.)
$25.90 is the price for two accounts though.. you seem to have 1 account with 7 mules? Might want to check with SE directly. Billing mishaps are all the rage this month.

Did you pay last month? Change your billing information?
For instance, last month my card was expired and when I signed on I was notified my account was suspended due to non-payment. I updated my information and was back online within minutes.. BUT, when this happens, that months fee is billed with the next following bill.
