Question? ~ does SATA or magic burst, status effects?

I understand that SATA and magic burst effect both accuracy and MaB, but what about additional status effects such as bio, poison, wild oats(vitality down), etc?
Any of these spell whether BLM, blue physical, and blue magical can be "magic bursted" or SATA'd but I never saw if value were raised as well as initial damage.

Additional effects do not become more potent due to Magic Burst, if that's what you're asking. Also, SA/TA has no effect at all on magical accuracy.

If you match the appropriate element skillchain to the additional effect, the additional effect will probably be more likely to land. Additional effects have an upper limit proc rate though, which is determined by weapon delay. So if you're already at that limit, increasing your magical accuracy/decreasing target magic evasion isn't going to help you.
