Destrier Beret - Assigned to Character or Content ID?

I've already assigned my Destrier Beret to my character on Fenrir, but it's kinda dead for newbs so I'm looking to remake on Asura.

Will I be able to acquire a new Destrier Beret if I delete and remake on the same Content ID or is it a one-time item for that character only?

I'm wondering that myself, because I'm wondering if I should do the same thing and move to a different server. Is Asura a good place for newbs? :)

I think its a one time only deal :/ i remember reading somewhere that you should be very careful when you register and pick it up, and to not throw it out.

Come to Quetzacoatl if you decide to move, lots of new/ returning players. It's not that hard to get a dunes or qufim party going :)
