I'm getting screwed over by you guys again and obviously you can now fix it. I have a Japanese account, but I live in the US. I have to pay over 20$/month to keep my character because you've stopped accepting foreign credit cards, and webmoney is overpriced. Now you're punishing me for buying a security token. Why was this option not available when we first created SE accounts? This is the second fake name and address I've had to make, do you know how confusing Japanese addresses are?
Please reconsider this statement:
"Customers who currently have a link in place will be required to transfer their PlayOnline account to the Square Enix account it is linked to."
At the very least have the decency to let me call you and do this over the phone. Every three months: Go to website A > buy 3 months worth of webmoney for 67$ > go to website B to pay for it > go to webmoney to add funds > open up JP POL > try and remember how to navigate to pay since I read almost no Japanese > enter in long code > repeat.
