Zarnei-Hamnei. Cutscene NPC. "A boy's dream". Armor set??

Wiki doesn't have a listing, nor picture of this tarutaru that show up during a cutscene for paladins AF, "A Boy's Dream". Was wondering if anyone can identify the armor set the NPC is wearing? It's mostly blue, with an interesting cap which features an "all-seeing, eye".
This armor set is really cool and I'd love to "borrow" it for my psychic job suggestion or just to pick up if already in game.

I wouldn't know offhand what it is without seeing a pic, but I'll try to remember to take a look when I get home tonight. I tried to look up the quest cutscenes on Youtube, but it didn't want to give me the CS no matter what I looked up.

I looked at the set again and it's actually more of a whitemage AF gear. Instead of red and white, substitute blue's and Yellows, with accent details(like a rolanberry cloak clip). The hat is also same skin except for the "eye" on the side.

It's just generic taru male child attire, no actual armor set.
