I'm stuck on this quest because none of the city npc's will give me any approval letter key items I have the quest in my quest log but no imperial missive key item. I remember getting a cs in ru'ulude gardens but I d/c'd midway I think. I check the door again now but nothing happens. I have Odin's prime quest active as well if that's the problem? Any suggestions on what I can do? I really want to has Alexander summonable

I can certainly understand why you would want to be able to summon Alexander, and not being able to progress in the quest would be frustrating.
