What on earth are these medals below my name?

Is there a type of hierarchy through them or something, I have no idea what these medals mean whether its gold or silver. Perhaps I missed something in the notes, but I don't remember reading about this, care for anyone to enlighten me, or perhaps point me in the direction of the key to interpret what these things mean lol.
