i cant do quest blue ribbon blues cause waking dreams is in curant quest and in comp i have beat diablo 3 time and key item dont drop so can comp quest happend when i help some 1 on waking dreams it activated quest and wont let me complete it would like to get rhinostery certificate so i can enter toraimarai canal.

You should be able to start the quest "Blue Ribbon Blues" while "Waking Dreams" is active in your quest log. Try talking to Kerutoto multiple times until you get the correct cut-scene or dialogue to begin the quest.

"If you are eligible for the quest Waking Dreams, Kerutoto will not trigger the quest until you have accepted the challenge of Diabolos".


Have you actually beaten Diabolos prime? If so you have to go back and talk to Kerutoto to choose your reward and complete the quest. Then you can begin Blue Ribbon Blues assuming you have completed all the previous quests associated with it. Hope this helps.
