Killed Hydra but not done

Today around 9pm cst me a few of my FC mates and a few people we picked up killed Hydra after about 6-8 wipes today when we did kill hydra it said Duty complete the a A few seconds later A Wayvern pop we killed it didn't think too much of it but the exit never appeared so some of my party did a report why we waited and waited try to log out and log back in didn't do any thing so about 15 minutes later we ran out of time and it said duty failed even tho we beat hydra and we couldn't exit because the exit would not appear we still fail I have see stuff like this mentioned on the forms a lot is there a way maybe SE can add like a feature if you beat your boss and says duty complete and the exit don't appear type in /exit and it will appear
I guess am just frustrated over this fight tonight

I just had this happen to me and the group I am in. Still actually in the Duty, since none of us can leave. We have 15 minutes left before it's over. We also finished Hydra with one wyvern up, got the duty complete message but no exit appeared.

After hearing my group was not the only one had this issue am still going to give it a try again tonight I hope to get the win and exit this time as long as I get the exit to pop

Whole party ran it over 20 times I have no high levels in my FC so spent a total of 12 hours forming parties running hydra yesterday and beat it midnight. No completion no exit whole party subbed tickets everyone was so mad that we just spent so much time beating it to get nothing.

Here's us standing there subbing our tickets in an empty hydra room with timer.

If support needs more proof check the party names for tickets we all subbed.
Still waiting for a hydra party completely pissed with this failure. Anyone who got shafted like this should have support auto complete that step in a relic reborn.
