    Unable to turn in "The Rose and the Unicorn" at Francel in CCH (24,24).

    Problem seems to be on Ultros Server only.

    Out of interest, is The Rose and the Unicorn a later mission to Last Flight of the Enterprise which has the same issue with a bugged NPC?
